advice for Nikonos users The alternative to supplementary lenses, if you own a Nikonos, is to purchase a wide-angle prime lensA lens attached directly to the camera body. This option gives the benefit of extra optical quality, but with extra expense to match! Being collimated (specifically designed) to work in water the Nikonos 15mm lens will give you the sharpest pictures you can get. Note: the focal length of a Nikonos lens does not correspond to SLR lenses, which is rather confusing! The 15mm Nikonos is equivalent to a 20mm (35mm) and a 14mm (D-SLR).
